dance moments[hover over thumbnails to view]
The dancers were photographed moving with flowing fabrics via film and digital capture after choreographic direction from the photographer. The movement is transformed on a variety of surfaces and handmade papers with 19th century alternative photographic processes including platinum printing and layers of watercolor combined with gum arabic. Limited edition gum bichromate, watercolor, fine prints on paper and prints on silk are available. The entire dance series is featured in the book entitled Lumière de Danse (2008) by the artist.
